With over 20 years of experience, Dermot employs a unique style of therapy aimed at recognising and healing trauma. My goal is to help you navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change.

Dermot
Dermot has wide-ranging experience in helping individuals deal with workplace stress, neuro diversity (ADHD, autism, etc), trauma, grief, anxiety, addiction issues, family, parenting, suicide, stress management, problems with self-esteem and issues associated with emotional health, sexuality and sexual identity.
Dermot is also trained in Addiction ,CBT, Choice Theory, ASIST Suicide Prevention, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Conflict Resolution and Creative Facilitation.
He is a member of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy ICP and a fully accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy IAHIP.
He is a graduate from the Dublin Business School with a Masters Degree in Psychotherapy and a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.
He is also a lecturer and group work consultant in the Psychotherapy and Counselling faculty of the Dublin Business School.
